Hacker attacks NASA to protest against NSA

A Brazilian hacker, known as BMPoC, has attacked several NASA websites as a protest against... eh... NSA.

The Register has reported that several NASA websites are down as a result of an attack by a Brazilian hacker known as BMPoC. Apparently, the contents of the compromised websites (which contain information regarding scientific projects) have been replaced with the following, less than coherent, message:

NASA HACKED! BY #BMPoCWe! Stop spy on us! The Brazilian population do not support your attitude! The Illuminati are now visibly acting!
Obama heartless! Inhumane! you have no family? the point in the entire global population is supporting you. NOBODY! We do not want war, we want peace!!! Do not attack the Syrians.

Apparently, BMPoC thought it was a good idea to hack NASA to protest against the NSA, which simple does not make much sense initially. However, since it is very unlikely that anyone is dumb enough to confuse NASA with NSA, the likely reason behind the hack is because NASA is a low-hanging fruit and was among the easiest American government agency to compromise.

In any case, the attack is definitely not cool in anyway as NASA certainly has better things to do than to clean up the mess from ridicules individuals, unless of course the citizens of Andromeda Galaxy have protested...
